Account Responsibilities
Keep credentials secure, provide accurate information, and use the platform lawfully and in good faith.
Terms of Service
These Terms govern your access to and use of Cofellow services. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms.
Effective date: February 28, 2026
Keep credentials secure, provide accurate information, and use the platform lawfully and in good faith.
Fraud, abuse, harassment, illegal conduct, and attempts to bypass safeguards are prohibited.
We may suspend or terminate access for policy violations or security risks, subject to applicable law.
You must be legally capable of entering contracts and comply with applicable law. You are responsible for activity under your account and for protecting access credentials.
Cofellow provides marketplace, contracting, escrow, messaging, and related service features. Specific features may change over time for product, legal, or security reasons.
You retain rights to your content. By submitting content to the platform, you grant rights necessary for us to host, process, and display that content to provide services.
Payment flows, escrow release, refunds, and fees are governed by platform settings and applicable product policies. Users are responsible for taxes and lawful reporting obligations.
Payment processing is provided by third-party regulated providers (for example Paystack). Verification checks may also be performed by approved third-party verification vendors. Cofellow coordinates workflow and records, while those vendors operate their own payment and verification systems.
You must not use the platform for unlawful purposes, identity fraud, payment abuse, intellectual property violations, harassment, or security circumvention.
We may limit, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, applicable policies, or legal obligations, including where necessary to protect users and platform integrity.
Services are provided on an “as available” basis, except where non-waivable rights apply. To the extent permitted by law, Cofellow's aggregate liability is limited to direct losses tied to service use.
These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria unless mandatory local law requires otherwise.
We may update these Terms as services evolve. Continued use after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
